Maximising a space previously occupied by a dilapidated shed, this 3.9 x 2.5m garden office offers sufficient working space for two people.

French doors open fully to make the most of a connection between the inside space and the large decking area to the front of this garden room.

An abundance of light enters this space with a 1.2 x 1m opening window making the most of the view back up the garden towards the house.

Larch stave cladding sets off the striking exterior to make a statement within the garden, whilst remaining sympathetic with the age and style of the host property.

Bright and airy, the interiors are finished in clean white emulsion with hardwearing Oak effect laminate flooring. Heating is taken care of by a low profile 2 KW electric panel heater.

Warm-white LED lighting with flush mounted sockets and switches adds to a clean and modern overall interior aesthetic.

This project sits on concrete foundations, already in situ from a previous building; albeit extended to accommodate an enlarged design.

Approximate build cost £21,000.00
