This fully self-sufficient Pod has been built to provide a dedicated gym and office space. The inclusion of a shower room and compact kitchen allows this project to double up as an annexe,  comfortably housing guests in their own self contained space.

Built upon our galvanised ground screw foundation system, this sizeable building is finished externally with pressure treated weatherboarding to complement the aesthetic of surrounding buildings. Wide aspect french doors open all the way back onto adjoining full height windows giving a wealth of natural light right to the back of this ample space. Made to measure blinds complete the 24/7 usability of the space.

Oak effect floors and durable eggshell skirting and mouldings offer a high end finish. Decoration is taken care of by a high opacity, hard wearing paint finish to stand up to the rigours of daily use. Three zone, low energy lighting gives a range of dimmable combinations to set the correct mood dependant upon which 'mode' the Pod is in.​
